Having used a legacy solution from one of the best known CRM’s on the market we had high expectations.
We were looking for a modern way of recruiting which addressed today’s world, but we needed a proper solution, not a cut-down website with lots of add-ons as offered by most. I’m pleased to say our expectations were met and exceeded with Voyager Infinity SaaS, it’s transformed our operation.

ON DEPLOYMENT OPTIONS
As an IT Security, Business Continuity and Risk Management Specialist we are experts in our field and we were pleased with the flexibility of deployment options with Voyager. Security and flexibility is everything to us and we needed reassurance that our data was safe and properly managed. Initially, we opted for a Fully Hosted Desktop service from Voyager as we felt (at that time) it was important to centralise not just our CRM but also the emails, public and shared folders, accounts and payroll packages. Some of our client requirements are far from standard and so we needed the flexibility of a fully hosted solution, something not offered by all suppliers.
Soon after, and primarily due to our growth and an increased number of recruiters using differing mobile devices Voyager moved the Infinity APP from the Hosted Desktop to the Microsoft Azure Cloud – offering even more flexibility to our users. Voyager still manages and supports the installed APP with the data securely stored on the Microsoft Azure cloud. Infinity is a feature rich windows application but the SaaS deployment is cheaper, faster and much better suited to our users. Infinity is the feature-rich windows application our users’ demand, no buffering, no daisy wheel of death, no unnecessary clinks, all access via the internet.

Since moving to Infinity we’ve experienced continued growth, increased flexible working conditions and a significant decrease in the time spent by our consultants in having to adhere to often elongated and outdated internal processes. The Infinity application was professionally implemented and I found the dedicated Project Management team an invaluable resource during the process. The Training and ongoing support of the app has been exemplary and we all find the video tutorials, Online Training clinics and automatic upgrades exceptional.
In short, Infinity is something that has ensured our continued ability to offer best-in-class recruitment solutions and puts us ahead of the competition.
We are now able to offer faster, more professional and thorough Search and Contingency services, which has already been noted by our customers. Calendar invites for interview requests, candidate newsletters sent on a monthly basis with relevant industry updates and our latest jobs as well as intuitive searches and back office functions have all been incredibly beneficial to the business. The ability to schedule emails to be sent ahead of time is brilliant, as are the automatic follow-ups to emails that have been sent.
Voyager Infinity is a best of class IT platform which has ensured the growth and continued service excellence of our recruitment business.
I would happily recommend Voyager and their Infinity product to anyone, just not any of the competition!
